What A Year It Has Been Part 2

Our Honeymoon.... LoVe

We were on our way to Cincinatti after our wedding. I remember I couldn't wait to take all the bobby pins out of my hair. It was so heavy. This is my attempt to take a picture of us while Jason is driving. I am never good at that!

We arrived at our hotel late Saturday night. We were so tired and excited about flying! This was Jason's first time flying and he was so nervous. Usually he is the calm one, but that day I had to keep calm for him. Our plane was so small and that didnt help his nerves either!

When we arrived in Mexico, we were blown away at how awesome the beaches were! We kept pinching ourselves that we got to honeymoon in Mexico.

There were many activities to do at the resort. The pool was incredible but felt like bath water. We stayed at ocean most of the time. A few of the guests were nude.... we felt a little awkward to say the least. We are just a couple of kids from Indiana for crying out loud!
One of our favorite things to do is to eat! These were taken at different restuarants in the resort. Most restuarants were outside. I got eaten up by bugs! We didnt know how bad insects were and had to spend $13 on the smallest container ever invented of insect repellent. Note to self for the future!

He is so cute in his aviator glasses!

One night at dinner I asked the waiter for some jam for my bread. He thought for a minute and said that it would take a minute but he would bring me some. When he returned he brought me a plate of ham! Jason and I laughed our heads off. I didnt want to be rude, but Jason and I couldnt help but roll with laughter. Here is me with a beautiful plate of ham. In the Spanish language, I believe they don't have the j sound.... so here is me with the ham!

More ocean and beach!

We got to visit a few ancient Mayan Cities. It was amazing to see all they built during the time they lived. Doesn't the water just make you want to jump in? The middle picture was taken during a stop in a Mexican City. We were blown away by all the little children selling things. I wanted to take them all home with us!

Me... hot from our trip and ready to eat!

This is me in the airport waiting for our flight back home. I had to start getting school minded because school started in only three weeks!
Awww.... Mexico was nice, but we had so much to look forward to coming back home!

My First Blog!

What A Year It Has Been!
I don't really know anyone personally who blogs, but I have seen so many blogs and I love the idea of it!
This has been one crazy year for me. Today I just want to blog about the biggest event. Jason and I got married on July 11th. Our wedding was more than I could have imagined. It was so beautiful. It was very stressful though! Here are some of my favorite pictures from our day.

My mom was a huge help through it all: financially, spiritually, and held me together through it all.

I love this picture with my four brothers and Jason. They are all crazy!

This was my favorite "artsy" picture!

Here is our wedding party. We are blessed to have great friends and family.

This is my favorite picture of my grandma. Here she is before getting dressed taking charge of things!

The church was so beautiful!

Our first dance as a married couple!

Our getaway car! Michael Jackson had passed away only a few weeks before we got married. My husband's friends did some of Michael Jackson's famous dance moves that really made our guests laugh. ;)

I am soooooo lucky to have married Jason Michael Campbell. I am so excited about our future together!
